This program has 3 components. 1) Pelvic Floor Workout: you'll need to dedicate 2-3 minutes per day for these exercises. 2) Strength Training Gym Workouts: you'll need 45-60 minutes 3 times a week for these workouts. 3) Mobility & Endurance Home Workouts:
No, but we strongly recommend having a commercial gym membership for the 3 days of strength training. Theses workouts can also be done in a home gym. The minimum equipment you'll need is a set of dumbbells, and adjustable bench, and a set of bands.
