 How do I get support?

 Can I substitute exercises?

You are more than welcome to substitute exercises as you see fit (especially if an exercise is uncomfortable or too challenging). However, we recommend running this program as written for optimal results.

 What if I can’t perform an exercise?

If an exercise is too difficult or causes you discomfort – STOP. We recommend re-watching the demo video and if you are still experiencing difficulties do not continue. You’re welcome to ask for alternate exercise substitutions in the forum.

 How much time should I expect to dedicate to working out?

This program has 3 components. 1) Pelvic Floor Workout: you'll need to dedicate 2-3 minutes per day for these exercises. 2) Strength Training Gym Workouts: you'll need 45-60 minutes 3 times a week for these workouts. 3) Mobility & Endurance Home Workouts: 

 Will I need a gym membership?

No, but we strongly recommend having a commercial gym membership for the 3 days of strength training. Theses workouts can also be done in a home gym. The minimum equipment you'll need is a set of dumbbells, and adjustable bench, and a set of bands.

 Isn't a decline in libido/sexual performance just a part of aging?

NO! In fact declining libido or sexual health is a red flag indicating declining health. 

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP (OR WELL-EQUIPPED HOME GYM) AND A SET OF SUPERBANDS (LIKE THESE) TO COMPLETE THESE WORKOUTS.
