Hi, my name is Kevin English, I'm the founder of The Silver Edge, and I'm on a mission to help people just like you permanently lose weight, gain muscle, and regain their vitality.

A little over a decade ago I was in the worst shape of my life. I was overweight, sedentary, and stressed. I got winded walking up steps. I had no energy, I was irritable and cranky at home around my wife and kids, and my libido had all but vanished.

And as I looked around at my peer group – this seemed to be quite common. I knew there had to be something better. I wasn’t ready to accept that it’s “all downhill from here.”

​I’ve spent the last decade of my life researching nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle on a quest for optimal health and vitality. And I found it! I am in the best shape of my life today in my late fifties – and I’m not sure the best isn’t yet to come! Today I am an exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle coach and my passion is to help men and women over 50 understand that they are NOT too old and it's NEVER too late to permanently lose weight and build muscle so they can show up in the second half of their lives as the healthiest, strongest, most vital versions of themselves!

Hi, my name is Monica and I am a nutrition coach and campaign manager here at Silver Edge Fitness. I love helping people to improve their health and achieve their fitness goals.

As someone who has gone through a weight loss/ self- discovery journey of my own, I felt CHEATED by the health industry. There is SO much information (good and bad) out there I had no idea how to start and what would work for me.I found myself at 45 years old very out of shape, stressed out, and with no drive for anything. I started hitting the gym three days a week and cleaned up my diet. Over the course of a year, I lost the weight, improved my health, built a lot of muscle, and totally changed my viewpoint of diet and exercise. I found confidence in myself that I had never had before. At 50 years old now, I can honestly say that I have never been so fit and healthy in my entire life.

​This is why I have made it my life's mission to spread TRUE value and bring permanent change in other people's lives so they can truly experience the same joy and confidence that I have achieved.
