Frequently Asked Questions

 How do I get support?

Coaching support is available via group coaching calls or the forum. Technical support is available in the app, or via email at coach@silveredgefitness.com.

 What time are the live coaching calls? What if I can't attend?

Currently our weekly coaching calls are every Tuesday at 4PM Eastern US (same time zone as New Your). All calls are recorded and made available to watch the replay at your convenience.

 What if I have no workout experience?

No worries! We have workout programs that range from complete beginner to advanced lifters.

 Will I need to join a gym?

Although we encourage you to join a gym (this is a GREAT investment in your health!), it's not necessary. We have at-home workouts that can be done with limited (or even no) equipment in the privacy of your own home.

 What if I have a mobility limitation?

Welcome to the club! Since we're all over 50, we used to coaching folks with mobility limitations. Our coaches are available during coaching calls and in the forum to help address any concerns in this area.

 Is the app available on Android?

Yep, our custom app is free and availble for download on all Apple and Android mobile devices.

 What if I have dietary restrictions?

Not a problem. Since we don't advocate for any particular diet, we'll work with your dietary restrictions and preferences.

 What if I have to travel a lot?

Not a problem, lot's of our current clients are in the same boat. Our coaches will help you structure a flexible plan that fits your nomadic lifestyle!

 What if my goal isn't weight loss (I'm underweight) - would this program work for me?

100% yes! While the vast majority of Collective members join for fat loss, we currently have members who are working on building muscle and optimizing their metabolisms.

 How long is this program?

The Collective is set up as a self paced journey. You;re welcome to stay as long as you like - and of course you can leave whenever you like as well. Our average clients is with us just over 12 months.

 What are the weekly calls like?

The weekly coaching calls are hosted on Zoom and are your opportunity to get all of your questions answered by me and our staff of coaches. We typically start by sharing our wins for the week then dive in to answering your questions - where you are stuck or need assistance.

 Will I need to have a Facebook account to participate in the privatre forum?

Nope. Our private forum is hosted inside of our private app where it's exclusive to Collective members.
