Currently our weekly coaching calls are every Tuesday at 4PM Eastern US (same time zone as New Your). All calls are recorded and made available to watch the replay at your convenience.
No worries! We have workout programs that range from complete beginner to advanced lifters.
Although we encourage you to join a gym (this is a GREAT investment in your health!), it's not necessary. We have at-home workouts that can be done with limited (or even no) equipment in the privacy of your own home.
Welcome to the club! Since we're all over 50, we used to coaching folks with mobility limitations. Our coaches are available during coaching calls and in the forum to help address any concerns in this area.

Not a problem. Since we don't advocate for any particular diet, we'll work with your dietary restrictions and preferences.

100% yes! While the vast majority of Collective members join for fat loss, we currently have members who are working on building muscle and optimizing their metabolisms.
The Collective is set up as a self paced journey. You;re welcome to stay as long as you like - and of course you can leave whenever you like as well. Our average clients is with us just over 12 months.
The weekly coaching calls are hosted on Zoom and are your opportunity to get all of your questions answered by me and our staff of coaches. We typically start by sharing our wins for the week then dive in to answering your questions - where you are stuck or need assistance.
